Apple tv crashes while updating

I have had this issue for several months, the Apple TV is up-to-date, I've even done a factory reset, but the same problem is happening, and it appears to be most common on Netflix.

Edit 1: It seems to be an issue with the i Cloud account.

However, this problem persists in both the mac server as well as the pc server (both are running the most up to date version of the non-beta server software). My computer(s) (where the server software runs) is on ethernet. I am definitely on the latest Apple TV firmware and hooked up via Wifi.

I'm thinking about reverting back to the non-HD version because this is just frustrating!! This is a new development for me since I've upgraded to the newest and greatest HD version. I have yet to downgrade back to the original Air Video. I have had this experience happen on the non-HD version as well so it is not isolated to the new HD version.

Netflix warns this may take up to 8 hours to take effect. So make sure you are using the same profile on your Apple TV and for adjusting the setting. Would you like to answer one of these unanswered questions instead?

I've tried restarting the Apple TV, reinstalling the app and so on. When it's not activated, and I reinstall the app, Infuse doesn't crash. Edit 2: In "desperation" i reset the Apple TV to factory settings.

The paused video appears back on the i Pad, and getting it to play nice with the TV again is a chore.
